Shipping/Delivery

How can I edit my shipping order?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact RMD Performance.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed based on availability and payment confirmation. RMD Performance strives to ship in-stock orders within one business day. Orders placed on Fridays may not be shipped until the following Monday. Express orders might not ship until the next business day. During peak times, processing may take longer than 2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once a shipping label is created. Note that tracking numbers might be generated a day or more before the actual shipment.

Special orders items are made to order, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping will be handled according to the customer's selection. RMD Performance reserves the right to adjust shipping methods if size or weight restrictions apply, in which case a motor freight carrier will be used. For international orders, we may choose to use DHL at our discretion.

What shipping methods are available?

USPS Priority Mail (5-12 business days)

Can I combine multiple orders?

We cannot combine orders into a single shipment. Doing so may lead to complications with returns or exchanges in the future.

Why does my tracking number show my order is bring returned to RMD Performance?

Items may be rerouted for various reasons, such as delivery issues with the carrier or errors in the order. For assistance, please email RMD Performance

Will I be charged Taxes & Duties?

Taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These taxes are added to your order total and collected by your local county.

RMD Performance cannot refund any foreign transaction or import fees. For more information, please consult your local customs website. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes sales tax for purchases from the U.S. and duties for processing by your country.

International customs duties are not included in the shipping fee, as trade agreements vary between countries. Therefore, any applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for importing RMD Performance products are the customer's responsibility.

My Order

How do I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel it. However, once the order has been prepared for shipping or if it involves custom-painted items, cancellation is no longer an option. To request a cancellation, please email RMD Performance

Why is my order cancelled?

Orders may be canceled for several reasons, including issues with verifying the payment details provided. If this occurs, please place your order again using a verified alternative payment method. We may also cancel orders if any item(s) become unavailable before shipment preparation. For canceled orders, a full refund, including the original shipping fee, will be issued to your original form of payment. For more information about your cancellation, please email RMD Performance.

How do I make changes to an order I already placed?

If your order has not yet shipped, please email RMD Performance Support for assistance as soon as possible.

My package is lost/stolen/missing.

If you’re missing a package, please contact RMD Performance Support within 14 days of the delivery date. Please be aware that for lost or stolen packages, we will issue store credit, which includes the original shipping fee.

I am missing an item from my order, what should I do?

We apologize if an item is missing from your order. Before reaching out to our support team, please check if your shipment included a "Partial Shipment" label. This label indicates that we sent the in-stock items separately to avoid delaying your entire order. Also, review your emails (including your junk/spam folders) for any notifications from us. If you still have a missing item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will do our best to assist you. RMD Performance Support

Returns

How do I set up a return?

RMD Performance does not accept unauthorized returns. To return an item, you must first obtain a return authorization number by emailing RMD Performance Support. This number should be clearly displayed on the outside of your return package. Additionally, please include an invoice with the date of sale inside the package.

For returns of international orders, please contact RMD Performance Support.

Who pays for my return label?

Return shipping costs are generally the buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise specified.

How long do I have to return my order?

To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by RMD Performance within 14 days of your original receipt of the product.

Will I be charged a restocking fee?

All return-eligible items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, except when the return is due to our error. Please ensure any damage is reported to RMD Performance before installation. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for items that have been installed or used.

Can I return a special order, freight-shipped item?

Special order items, including custom-painted products, freight shipments, and similar items, are not eligible for return due to the complexities involved in the returns process. However, exceptions are made for products with manufacturer's defects.

What if my package arrives damaged?

RMD Performance, its manufacturers, and supported retailers ensure that merchandise is properly protected and packaged before delivery to carriers. Any damage incurred during transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If you notice damage upon arrival, please describe the condition of the package on the carrier’s receipt. If an item is damaged after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. Damage claims must be processed through the carrier, although RMD Performance will assist with your claim to a reasonable extent.

No credit will be issued for items that have been installed, deformed, or damaged by the customer. All items will be inspected before any refund or credit is issued.

Product Availability

How do I know if a product is available?

RMD Performance does not guarantee the availability of in-stock items. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. Sold-out items may not be restocked depending on vendor availability.

Why do some items show as in-stock or for pre-order, but others aren't labeled?

Live inventory is not available for all product listings. If a listing lacks a live inventory status tag, it doesn't mean the product is out of stock; it simply isn't tracked live on our website.

Pricing

Does RMD Performance offer pricing adjustment?

RMD Performance does not offer price adjustments on past purchases if items are marked down later. During online promotions and sales, high order volumes may lead to order cancellations due to low or delayed inventory. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will notify you promptly by email if your order is affected. For real-time stock status, please contact RMD Performance Support.

We also reserve the right to correct product pricing and descriptions at any time and to cancel or refuse any order based on incorrect pricing or descriptions.

Are there any current discounts/promotions?

Subscribe to our email list below and follow us on social media (Instagram/ TikTok) for updates on promotions.

Please note that promotions offering free shipping do not apply to items requiring freight delivery services. Eligible items will be shipped via ground.

Payment

Acceptable forms of payment are limited to:

• Prepaid cash
• Wire transfer
• Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover)
• PayPal (eChecks will be held until cleared)
• Apple Pay
• Affirm (Payment options are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders)

Deposits may be required for special order items.

Product Use & Warranty

How do I know if a particular product will work for my vehicle?

To confirm product compatibility, please contact RMD Performance Support.

Products sold by RMD Performance may not be DOT or TUV certified and might not be legal for use on public roads. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure their vehicle complies with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with using high-performance products and agrees to hold RMD Performance and its owners harmless.

Unless otherwise noted, all RMD Performance products are guaranteed to be first-quality merchandise. Many products come with a manufacturer's warranty, which will be passed on to the original buyer.
